  • 8 oz plain yogurt
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 salt
  • 1 for sandwich
  • 6 box pita breads
  • 1 chopped romain lettuce
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 sliced red onion
