  • 2 tbsp Quality Thai Fish Sauce
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Chives
