  • 7 Chicken wings (or breast)
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 3 Red chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 120 ml to 150ml Coconut milk
  • 1 can Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 ml Vegetable oil
  • 200 ml Water

How to Make Mild Chicken Curry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Mild Chicken Curry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dice the onion and garlic and put aside. If you're using chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2
  • In a pot, add vegetable oil, garlic and red chili peppers. When the garlic turns a little brown, add the onions and fry until translucent.
  • Step 3
  • Adding the onions... fry until translucent.
  • Step 4
  • Add the can of tomatoes, stir well and let it simmer. Add curry powder and salt and simmer some more.
  • Step 5
  • Add meat and simmer with the other ingredients. Add water.
  • Step 6
  • Finally, pour in the coconut milk and let it simmer further. It's here where you should check the taste and adjust the spiciness to your liking.
  • Step 7
  • Continue tasting, add salt to taste and it's done!
  • Step 8
  • Enjoy with naan bread.
