  • 1 small italian cabbage
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 salt
  • 1 finely chpped fresh dill (i added 1/2 of a bunch)
  • 1 tbsp xylitol(i used that but you can use sugar or other sweetner)

How to Make Mild italian cabbage

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mild italian cabbage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Clean and cut the cabbage in to small slices (they don't have to be perfect or even the same shape)
  • Step 2
  • Steam the cabbage until tender.
  • Step 3
  • Heat the butter in a giant pan or wok and add the steamed cabbage to it.
  • Step 4
  • Stir for a few minutes, add sweetner of your choice, add salt until you lilke it. Than add dill.
  • Step 5
  • Stir it obce again and serve! It's great side dish with mashed potatoes.
