  • 180 grams Strong bread flour
  • 20 grams Van Houten cocoa powder
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • 20 grams Margarine
  • 3 grams Salt
  • 140 grams Milk
  • 2 1/2 grams Dry yeast
  • For the filling:
  • 50 grams Chocolate chips

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Milk Chocolate Hearth Bread! in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put all of the ingredients in the bread maker and press start on the dough course. Once done, take the dough out and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Roll the dough out into a 20 x 20 cm square, cover with the filling and roll it up like a roll cake. Make sure to secure the edges.
  • Step 3
  • Making sure the dough doesn't dry out, prove for a second time until doubled in size.
