  • 2 tbsp Cooked kuromame
  • 1/4 tsp Matcha (or powdered green tea)
  • 1/2 tsp Skim milk powder
  • 1 very small amount, (to taste) Salt (I recommend large-crystal natural salt)

How to Make Milky Matcha Kuro-mame

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Milky Matcha Kuro-mame in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the kuromame to a dish.
  • Step 2
  • Mix together the matcha (or powdered green tea) and skim milk. This time I used a ratio of 1:2 for the matcha and skim milk. Use whatever ratio you like.
  • Step 3
  • Pour over the kuromame and serve. If desired, add a very small amount of salt.
