  • 1/2 Burdock root
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Japanese leek

How to Make Minced Chicken Wrapped with Fried Tofu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Minced Chicken Wrapped with Fried Tofu in your home by yourself.

  • Open up the aburaage from Step 1. Dust with katakuriko using a tea strainer.
  • Step 2

  • Secure the end with a toothpick.

  • Add the ☆ ingredients in a pot and boil. Simmer the chicken wrap. Cover with a drop lid and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the pot, take out the toothpicks and slice into bite-sized pieces.
