  • 45 grams Butter
  • 1 tsp Caster sugar
  • 1 Bar Milk Chocolate
  • 1 Large ripe Banana
  • 190 ml Double Cream

    Step 1
  • Crush the cookies until fine.
  • Step 2
  • Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave
  • Step 3
  • Mix together the cookie crumbs, butter and sugar until combined.

  • Chop the banana and place one layer to cover top of the biscuit base.
  • Step 9
  • Spoon a layer of the plain whipped cream and cover the banana
  • Step 10
  • For the next layer, dip the banana pieces in the chocolate and place on top of the cream.
  • Step 11
  • Next, cover the bananas with the chocolate cream. This should reach the top of the tin and be the last layer.
  • Step 12
  • To finish, add a few of the remaining bananas on top. You can also grate a little chocolate over the top.
