  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (divided for topping the muffins)
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup your favorite type of sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mini breakfast muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat your oven to 400 F°.
  • Step 2
  • Line a cupcake tray with paper cupcake liners.
  • Step 3
  • First, whisk the 1/4 cup of melted butter, the 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and the 1/3 cup of milk together until blended.
  • Step 4
  • Slowly start to incorporate the cheese biscuit mix into the blended milk, oil, and butter until a moistened dough forms.
  • Step 5
  • Next, incorporate a 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup of your favorite sausage, 1/2 cup of cilantro and 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese into your moistened dough.
  • Step 6
  • Spoon your dough mixture into the cupcake liners, after, sprinkle the remaining half cup of cheese on each muffin until it's gone. Pop the muffins in oven for 9-12 minutes.
