  • 1/2 cup AP flour
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp crumbled gorgonzola cheese

How to Make Mini Gorgonzola Popovers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Mini Gorgonzola Popovers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Step 2
  • Whisk milk, egg, parsley and butter in measuring cup.
  • Step 3
  • In bowl combine flour and pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Whisk wet ingredients into dry.
  • Step 5
  • Spray mini muffin tin with nonstick spray. Add 2 Tbsp of mix into each cup.
  • Step 6
  • Add 1/2 tsp cheese in center of each filled cup. If you love Gorgonzola as I do go ahead and add a tsp per cup!
  • Step 7
  • Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350°F and bake an additional 8 minutes. DO NOT open oven door while baking!
  • Step 8
  • Serve immediately!
  • Step 9
  • These can be rewarmed in 350° oven for 8-10 minutes.
