  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup katsup
  • 1 egg

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make mini meatloafs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • grind crackers until they are like bread crumbs
  • Step 3
  • mix together garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and if u use onion powder instead of fresh onion
  • Step 4
  • add worchestershire, chopped onion, egg and hamburger...mix well with hands
  • Step 5
  • mold into cupcake tins until it reaches the top rim
  • Step 6
  • to make the sauce: mix katsup, brown sugar and vinegar together. you may alter the sweetness or tanginess by adding more of one ingredient you desire.
  • Step 7
  • spoon on sauce and bake meat in tins for about 30 mins or until you can hear them sizzling
