  • EASY BISCUITS DOUGH
  • 2 cup flour
  • 100 grams cold cube butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • CHINESE WINE FLAVOUR DUCK LIVER SAUSAGE AND ONION
  • 2 large dice onion
  • 4 stick chinese wine flavour duck liver sausage /any Chinese sausage
  • 1 dash light soy sauce
  • BASTING OPTION
  • 4 tbsp melt butter or eggwash or milkwash
  • GARNISH
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

How to Make Mini Siew Pau / Roasted Bun

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Mini Siew Pau / Roasted Bun in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • STIR FRY DUCK LIVER SAUSAGE OR ANY CHINESE SAUSAGE OR *******OPTIONAL USE SALAMI /CHORIZO *****WITH ONION
  • Step 2
  • stir fry in low heat dice sausage with onion with dash of light soy sauce till caramelise for about 10 minutes then set aside
  • Step 3
  • FOR EASY BISCUIT DOUGH PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
  • Step 4
  • mix well all ingredients then divide equally 4 part biscuit dough then divide equally into a small ball for ( mini siew pau )
  • Step 5
  • flat dough into round shape and put 1 to 2 tbsp filling
  • Step 6
  • fasten it then brush **(EGGWASH OR MILK WASH OR BUTTER ) top sesame and bake at 180 C / 356°F for 15 to 20 minute then baste again and top with sesame seed and bake another 5 minute
  • Step 7
  • cover with foil if top start to brown too quickly
