  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 lb ground turkey meat
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 26 oz simple tomato sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make mini Turkey meatballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • add onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, parsley, parmesan, pecorino, salt and pepper to a large bowl and blend
  • Step 2
  • mix in the turkey
  • Step 3
  • shape the turkey mixture into 1 1/4 inch diameter meatballs. place on a large plate or baking sheet
  • Step 4
  • heat oil in a heavy large frying pan over medium high heat. add meatballs and share until browned on all sides, about 5 min.

  • turn off heat, transfer meatballs to plate, pour off any excess oil.
  • Step 6
  • add marinara sauce, about 3 cups
  • Step 7
  • return the meatballs to the pan. turn the heat to medium low and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and the flavors blend, 15 to 20 minutes
  • Step 8
  • season the sauce to taste with salt an pepper
