  • 4 slice Mackerel
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Shiro miso
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Minced ginger

How to Make Miso Simmered Mackerel

    Step 1
  • Cut the mackerel in half and pour hot water over to remove the odor. Put all the ingredients except for the mackerel in a frying pan. Turn to medium heat.
