  • 50 grams praws, deveined
  • 1/2 cup chicken breasts, julliene
  • 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ajinomoto
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

How to Make Mixed fried rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mixed fried rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Take a wok add a little oil. Make the egg scrambled. Set it aside.
  • Step 2
  • Fry the chicken add salt. And set it aside.
  • Step 3
  • Fry the prawns. Till its pink. Set it aside.

  • Step 5
  • Take the boiled rice in a wok add 1,2,3 and 4 and stir. Until all is mixed well in low flame.
