  • 2 large Eggs
  • 20 grams Granulated sugar
  • 200 grams Heavy cream
  • 1 half Banana
  • 1 half Peach
  • 1 pack Canned mixed fruit

How to Make Mixed Fruit Ice Cream

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Mixed Fruit Ice Cream in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the fruit mix (without the syrup), peach, and banana together in a bowl and mash together with a whisk. (Leave a few chunks of fruit).
  • Step 2
  • Take another bowl and place it in a larger bowl of hot water and blend in the eggs and sugar until thickened (but not too much).
  • Step 3
  • Put the cream in another bowl and whip until it forms firm peaks.
  • Step 4
  • Add the fruit from Step 1 to the cream from Step 3. Mix together.
  • Step 5
  • Slowly add your egg and sugar mixture from Step 2 to the mixture from Step 4. Blend together evenly.
  • Step 6
  • Pour into a mold and freeze.
  • Step 7
  • Serve!

  • It's also pretty served in small glass bowls!
