  • 1 can Soy beans (canned, boiled)
  • 1 can Canned mackerel in broth
  • 1 knob Ginger
  • 1/2 Japanese leek
  • 1 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mixed-Rice Base with Soy Beans and Canned Mackerel in your home by yourself.

  • Mince the ginger and Japanese leek, coarsely chop the soy beans.
