  • tofu dressing:
  • *350~400 g tofu (drain to remove excess water)
  • *3-4 Tbsp dashi (or Japanese style soup stock like Mentsuyu)
  • *1-2 Tbsp sugar
  • *1 Tbsp soy sauce (if you use Mentsuyu, no need to put in)
  • *1 pinch salt
  • *1~2 tsp grated ginger
  • *1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • *3 Tbsp ground sesame seeds
  • to taste toasted white sesame seeds for topping

How to Make Mizuna with Sweet Tofu Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Mizuna with Sweet Tofu Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Beat tofu until smooth and creamy in a bowl. Mix all tofu dressing ingredients (*) well. Adjust the saltiness and sweetness to suit your taste.
