  • 1 container of baby portabella shrooms
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package of croutons (any kind)
  • 1/2 to a cup of flour (any kind)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • bunch paprika
  • 3 tsp or more if yu like horseradish minced out of the jar

How to Make Mo's mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Mo's mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grind croutons, whisk eggs n milk, add croutons to flour
  • Step 2
  • Wipe mushrooms with dry clean towel and quarter
  • Step 3
  • Soak mushrooms in milk n egg for like 3-5 mins then dredge in flour n crouton mix
  • Step 4
  • Spread mushrooms out on grated pan n put into the freezer for atleast ten mins
  • Step 5
  • Deep fry in canola oil at 325-350 degrees for like a minute or two i use a metal slotted spoon to turn them n transfer to metal colander
  • Step 6
  • Mix 3 heaping tablespoons of mayo, the horseradish n ton of paprika
  • Step 7
  • Refridgerate dipping sauce until done frying yummies
  • Step 8
  • Drain n salt mushroom yummies in colander n sprinkle with sea salt if yu like
