  • When the egg whites are whipped to the point where soft peaks have formed, add the rest of the sugar.

  • Keep beating until the meringue is shiny.
  • Step 12
  • Beat at low speed to finish, to make sure the meringue is very fine in texture. ※ If stiff peaks form, the meringue is done!
  • Step 13
  • Next, add the gelatin liquid from Step 8.
  • Step 14
  • Beat it in evenly.
  • Step 15
  • Mound the Step 14 meringue on top of the Step 5 apple jelly. Put the mugs back in the refrigerator until set, and they're done.
  • Step 16
