  • 1 can Buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - grated
  • 7 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Salt & Pepper to taste

How to Make Mom's Breakfast Dish

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mom's Breakfast Dish in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grease an 13 x 9 baking dish. Preheat oven to 425.
  • Step 2
  • Brown sausage and drain.
  • Step 3
  • Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Cut biscuits into 6-8 pieces each.
  • Step 5
  • Spread the biscuits on the bottom of the baking dish (sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them), spread sausage over biscuits, pours egg mixture over sausage (don't pour it all in 1 spot), sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Step 6
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
