  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 envelope Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cup soy nuts, ground up
  • 1/4 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 large baby bella mushrooms, chopped

How to Make Mom's favorite burger

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mom's favorite burger in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Set beef out and allow to come up to room temp
  • Step 2
  • Mix ground nuts, ranch, onions and mushrooms in a baggie of bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Once your nut mixture is mixed well, add to ground beef and use clean hands to work the mixture in
  • Step 4
  • Form beef into patties, and grill or cook on stove top until juices run clear. I use tennis ball sized portions to make my patties.
  • Step 5
  • I do not eat bread, so I eat my patty without bun or additional garnishment. I usually serve with brown rice and steamed veggies, mixing the nut mixture into my rice as well.
