Ingredients: Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat)

  • 1/2 kg Minced Meat
  • 2 large Onions
  • 3 chopped green chillies
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp corriander powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 3/4 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric
  • 3/4 tbsp garam masala
  • 3/4 tbsp meat masala
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 chopped coriander leaves

How to Make Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • The Minced meat is of goat but lamb meat can be used as well.DO NOT MAKE THIS RECIPE WITH CHICKEN MEAT.
  • Step 2
  • Add oil and chopped onions n fry till its slightly brown. add slit green chillies to it.
  • Step 3
  • wash the meat n drain water. add this to the onions with salt n mix well
  • Step 4
  • After few mins add Ginger garlic paste.mix it well n keep on medium flame to let it cook untill da ginger, garlic n meat smell goes away.it means that he water from the meat has dried off
  • Step 5
  • now add all the spices one by one along with salt n mix well. after mixing add 2 cups or 1glass water n let it boil away till abt 8 -10mins with lid on
  • Step 6
  • keep till desired thickness, garnish with coriander leaves
