  • 40 grams dry mushrooms
  • 400 grams rice
  • 1 shallot
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 700 ml chicken broth
  • 1 salt
  • 1 parmesan cheese (grated)

  • Put the mushroom in a bowl full of water util they are soft (~15 minutes)

  • Chop the shallot
  • Step 3

  • Step 5
  • Add the rice and stirr. Add the wine.

  • When the wine is evaporated add the water and the salt.

  • Add Parmesan, stir and serve!
