    Step 1
  • Wash and drain the flounder. Use a knife to insert 2 shallow cuts into the black part of the skin.
  • Step 2
  • Combine the sauce ingredients in a frying pan that's large enough to accommodate the flounder fillets without overlapping, and set over heat.
