  • 1 lb sirloin beef cut thin
  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli chopped

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 green bell pepper chunked
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 cooking oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mongolian Beef in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • mix & let stand 30 min; the beef, red pepper, vinegar, 1 tbl spoon soy, 2 tbl corn starch.
  • Step 2
  • combine broth and 1 tbl sp corn starch and 3 tbl sp soy sauce
  • Step 3
  • heat oil in pan, then add beef, brown and remove
  • Step 4
  • add & cook vegetables until tender
  • Step 5
  • return meat and broth mixture. cook until thinkens
  • Step 6
  • serve over rice
