Ingredients: Mongolian Chicken

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 clove Minced Garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

How to Make Mongolian Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mongolian Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat, Cut chicken breasts up season with salt and pepper then toss in frying pan until chicken is done.
  • Step 2
  • While heating oil in a sauce pan, combine soy sauce brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and water.
  • Step 3
  • Pour mixture in sauce pan. When sauce reaches boiling point remove from heat and add in corn starch and water mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Pour sauce over chicken and let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Serve
