  • 2 tsp paprika
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • bunch cilantro
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • 1 lime zest,and cut into wedges
  • 2 medium tomatoes, skinned and diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
