  • 15 cm Daikon radish
  • 1 Japanese leek (white part)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar

    Step 1
  • Cut the leek into small bite-sized pieces. Grate the daikon radish.
  • Step 2
