  • 1 cup oatmeal (11g protein over 100g)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 mineral water

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Morning Gym Shake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Oh no the gym police is on the way...I used fatty milk :S
  • Step 2
  • Add oatmeal, fruits and milk to the blender.
  • Step 3
  • Blend. Then add quark. Lastly, add water for a runny consistency
  • Step 4
