Ingredients: Mozuku Seaweed Vinegar

  • 100 g mozuku (soaked in water for 30 mins. Renw the water 2~3 times)
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced thinly)
  • ginger, shredded (as much as you want)
  • SANBAIZU: (mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and sugar or mirin)
  • * 100 ml vinegar
  • * 35 ml soy sauce
  • * 55 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

How to Make Mozuku Seaweed Vinegar

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Mozuku Seaweed Vinegar in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix sanbaizu and salt well. Dissolve sugar and salt in the bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Add mozuku and stir well, leave for 10~15 mins in a fridge.
  • Step 3
  • Place mozuku, sliced cucumber on a serving plate and pour sanbaizu over. Topped with shredded ginger.
