  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno, diced
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8-ounce can corn, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) can cream corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lb crawfish tails, precooked and rough chopped
  • 1/2 stick butter
