  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cup broth your choice I used beef.
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mushroom meat gravy in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the mushrooms into thirds. Melt the butter add your onions.
  • Step 2
  • Add ground meat, garlic, salt, pepper. When brown add xantham gum.
  • Step 3
  • Stir a lot. Then add 1 1/2 cups of broth. Stirring constantly it will thicken .
