  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 1/4 cup Rice
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

How to Make Mushroom Risotto

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mushroom Risotto in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop up onions,garlic,green beans and mushrooms. Set aside the green beans .
  • Step 2
  • Put the broth into a medium size pan with the rice boil as directed.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the oil into a pan and heat until ready place the onions , garlic and mushrooms. Cook until the onions are clear.
  • Step 4
  • When above is done drain and set aside.
  • Step 5
  • Cook the rice to within a couple of minutes add the green beans and onion mixture.
  • Step 6
  • Cook the rice for remainder amount of time. Let it set 5 minutes then serve. And Enjoy
