  • 3 green onions
  • 1 Cup water
  • 3 Tblsp butter
  • 2 tsp chicken base (one bouilon cube)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • small tub mushrooms
  • small bag spinach
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • 8 oz Swiss Cheese

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 375*
  • Step 2
  • In a 9x13 cake pan place chicken breasts in a single layer.
  • Step 3
  • Add spinach and sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken.
  • Step 4
  • Sprinkle with seasoning: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper
  • Step 5
  • In a microwave safe bowl heat water, butter, onions, and base.
  • Step 6
  • Cut chunks of cream cheese in to warmed liquid.
  • Step 7
  • Whisk liquid until well blended.
  • Step 8
  • Pour liquid over spinach, mushrooms, and chicken.
  • Step 9
  • Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the pan, but do not seal. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 10
  • Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 11
  • Sprinkle cheese over chicken, place back in there oven. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
