  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • SPICY SWEET SAUCE FOR DIPPING
  • 1 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp heinz chili sauce
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp peri peri sauce for extra spicyness
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

How to Make Mushroom Tempura

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Mushroom Tempura in your home by yourself.

  • MAKE TEMPURA BATTER
  • Step 2
  • mix all ingredient and chill for 15 minute
  • Step 3
  • DEEP FRY
  • Step 4
  • put oyster mushroom on tempura batter and deep fry till lightly brown and crispy in 1 to 2 minute
  • Step 5
  • QUICK TOASTED SESAME SEEDS AND SET ASIDE
  • Step 6
  • MAKE SAUCE
  • Step 7
  • put all ingredient into pan and bring to a boil then off heat and serve top toasted sesame seeds
