  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 250 grams sliced mushroom
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cheese cube
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make mushroom toast

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make mushroom toast in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Firstly, I used button mushroom and processed cheese. You can pick any.
  • Step 2
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add cleaned and sliced mushroom to it. Let it release water.
  • Step 3
  • When it shrinks, add milk and let boil.
  • Step 4
  • Cut cheese in small pieces or simply grate and add to the mushroom. Let boil a little. The milk will thicken. Cook to your desired consistency.
  • Step 5
  • Just before switching off the heat, add salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt since the cheese may add a little saltiness.
  • Step 6
  • Place the prepared mushrooms on toast. Enjoy!
