  • 1 large pack of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 handful of salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 50 ml red wine
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • In a large pan cook the mushrooms with a handful of salt. Cook for about 5-10 Stirring often.
