  • 1 pam non stick spray
  • 4 portabella mushrooms(medium size)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp feta cheese(crumbled)
  • 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp rosemary(chopped up)

  • preheat oven 400°
  • Step 2
  • pull stems out of each mushroom then take a spoon and use it to scrape away the grills(edges )
  • Step 3
  • wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth
  • Step 4
  • take Worcestershire sauce and brush the caps,take cheese & rosemary and evenly divide among mushrooms and stuff into caps and put on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with pam
  • Step 5
  • bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted to golden brown
