  • 100 g spaghetti
  • 10 mussels
  • 3-4 cherry tomatos
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • oil

How to Make Mussels spaghetti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Mussels spaghetti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash the mussels throughly, especially their shells.
  • Step 2
  • Boil water, add 1 tsp of salt and spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti according to the package. When the spaghetti is done, drain well.
  • Step 3
  • Meanwhile, chop onion, garlic and spring onion into small pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes into half.
  • Step 4
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, put chopped onions and garlic. Cook for 2 mins at medium heat. Then put in washed mussels and cook for 3-4mins.
  • Step 5
  • After that, turn the heat to low. Add in cream cheese and milk. Cook until all the cream cheese is melted.
  • Step 6
  • Add in salt, pepper, paprika and spring onion to the sauce. Cook over medium heat until boiled. Then add in drained spaghetti and cook for 6-7min at medium heat.
  • Step 7
  • Server it on a plate and top with parsley.
