Ingredients: Mutton Curry

  • 200 grams mutton
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 refined oil
  • 1 clove
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp lemon and vinegar mixed
  • 1 coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup coconut scraps
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt

How to Make Mutton Curry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mutton Curry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Marinate mutton with curd mixture( 3 spoon curd+1/4 spoon turmeric powder+ salt+ 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste)
  • Step 2
  • In pan pour refined oil then add 1 clove and bay leaf then add chopped onions and Ginger garlic paste. saute well
  • Step 3
  • add 2 spoon of coriander powder, 1 spoon of red chilly powder and 1/2 spoon jeera powder and mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Mix in the boiled and marinated mutton and stir well, add lemon, vinegar mixture and mix again. pour water as per need add salt
  • Step 5
  • let it boil, add coriander leaves.
  • Step 6
  • In another pan add butter and saute Cocount scraps till brown add little water and garnish on curry.
