  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes or rotel, undrained
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp each onion powder and garlic powder
  • 1 tsp each red pepper flakes and paprika
  • 1 can black olives, drained
  • 1 can each white and red beans, undrained

  • Serve over cooked rice and with garlic bread or salad. Sprinkle with parmesan or other cheese.
