  • 5 bay leaf
  • 1 gallon milk
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 10 each black pepper (whole)
  • 3 tbsp ground cumin
  • 10 clove garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp dry oregano
  • each turkey
