  • 20 Chestnuts
  • 450 ml White rice
  • 90 ml Mochi rice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sake

    Step 1
  • Remove the outer shell and the inner skin from the chestnuts, and let sit for around half a day in water to remove scum.
  • Step 2
  • Wash the rice and mochi rice, and soak in water for 30 minutes.
