Ingredients: My Favorite Tuna Noodle Casserole

  • 4 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can tuna in water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery and onion (mixed)
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Muenster cheese
  • 1/3 packages Ritz crackers
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 dash of salt and pepper to taste, I added a dash of celery salt too

How to Make My Favorite Tuna Noodle Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make My Favorite Tuna Noodle Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil water and cook noodles as directed, drain about 2 minutes before they're finished cooking. They'll cook the rest of the way in the oven. No one wants soggy noodles.. :)
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 3
  • In a small skillet, melt butter, add onion, celery and garlic. Cook about 7 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Once noodles are done, in a greased casserole dish add all ingredients and mix well. Make sure your tuna is drained. Leave Ritz crackers and a handful of cheese out of the mixture, once all mixed, top with rest of the cheese and crushed crackers.
  • Step 5
  • Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • While you're waiting for it to cook... have a few shots of vodka like I did ;) Cheers, friends!
