  • 1/2 Daikon radish
  • 3 Green beans

  • 3 tbsp ★Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp ★Sake
  • 2 tbsp ★Mirin
  • 2 tbsp ★Sugar

    Step 1
  • Cut the daikon radish into pieces, and parboil for about 5 minutes. Remove the strings from the green beans, add into the pot with the daikon radish at the end.

  • You can garnish the dish with green onions instead of green beans.
  • Step 7
  • You can pre-cook the daikon radish in a microwave as well.
