  • 1 large chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  • Preheat oven to 220°F. Fry potato, onion & green pepper for 3/4 minutes. Add ground beef & fry until brown.

  • Add flour if need be if mixture is too sloppy. Form into balls.
