  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 Soup stock cubes
  • 1/2 can Canned whole tomatos
  • 4 tbsp Shredded cheese for pizza (easily meltable)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Panko

How to Make My Secret Rice Gratin (Doria)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make My Secret Rice Gratin (Doria) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put butter in a pan and cook the chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces), onion, and other vegetables (whatever vegetables you like). Sprinkle in the flour and continue to cook, but be sure not to let it burn. Slowly stir in the milk, mixing thoroughly.
