  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packages taco seasoning
  • 1 small onion. chopped
  • 1 packages Doritos
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 3 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 salsa
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado

How to Make Nacho Bake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Nacho Bake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook ground beef and add taco seasoning as directed
  • Step 2
  • Remove ground beef and set aside. In the same pan, saute chopped onions until done.
  • Step 3
  • Mix cooked onion and ground beef together
  • Step 4
  • Coat casserole dish with nonstick coating. Layer bottom of dish with Doritos
  • Step 5
  • Add beef and onion mixture on top of Doritos
  • Step 6
  • Drain the ranch style beans, but do not rinse. Layer beans over dish.
  • Step 7
  • Drain and rinse the black beans, then layer on top of dish.
  • Step 8
  • Spread cheese evenly over top.
  • Step 9
  • Bake in oven at 375°F for 15 minutes
  • Step 10
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle green onion and cilantro on top. Serve with salsa and avocado.
