Ingredients: Nacho Bake

  • 1 can peeled tomatoes
  • 1 cup Salsa (of your choice)
  • 1 box cheese supreme corn chips
  • 300 grams sour cream
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 125 grams four bean mix (or red kidney)
  • 40 grams chilli con carne mix (powder)
  • 3 cup grated cheese
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 kg beef mince

How to Make Nacho Bake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Nacho Bake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre heat oven to 180°F Celsius
  • Step 2
  • Brown meat and onion
  • Step 3
  • Add tomatoes beans and corn to meat mix
  • Step 4
  • Cover bottom of baking dish with corn chips
  • Step 5
  • Layer grated cheese and meat mix on top of corn chips. Add cream cheese to top (we melt our jar of cream cheese in the microwave to make it pourable)
  • Step 6
  • Keep layering meat and cheese until you reach desired amount (top with grated cheese)
  • Step 7
  • Add to oven until cheese fully melted
